Attention to the Environment
Conservation has always been an integral part of the planning and execution at The Staenberg Group. For example, natural habitats are preserved wherever possible; nature and bike trails are added to developments; and even parking lots are constructed with filters so oil can be drained and recycled.
Paying it Forward
The spirit of giving back and serving others is prevalent at The Staenberg Group. It is a core element of our company culture and has been established through the philanthropic vision of Michael Staenberg. As a result, we are proud to sponsor many community events and nonprofit programs throughout the year. We value involvement and encourage our team to also become actively engaged in the community by volunteering, mentoring, and by serving on boards and committees.
The following list represents just a sampling of the organizations that TSG supports and where we give of our time and expertise. In addition to the charitable giving of TSG, Michael has also given over $100 million in personal contributions and through the Staenberg Family Foundation. To learn more, please visit www.MichaelStaenberg.com and the Staenberg Family Foundation.
TSG is also proud to support Givable St. Louis, a charitable giving program that Michael Staenberg, Kathy Osborn of the Regional Business Council and Brian Matthews of Cultivation Capital launched in 2017 as a new and unique online giving platform for St. Louis.
Givable empowers people to fuel social change by making the act of giving easy, social, and interactive. Plus, people give to our own local nonprofits – every day! To learn more and to become part of the Givable Community, visit Givable.org
The Staenberg Nonprofit Consulting Group is a new program offering, which provides pro bono or “deeply discounted” professional consulting services to affiliated nonprofit organizations. This service builds upon The Staenberg Group’s successful history of collaborating with Michael Staenberg’s network of industry professionals to provide assistance to nonprofit organizations in the areas of business management, legal, marketing, strategic planning, construction management, IT and website design among others. The program provides valuable expertise and resources to improve overall nonprofit effectiveness, increase opportunities for sustainability and to help organizations meet their strategic goals.
