The Staenberg Group includes a team of talented and experienced leasing professionals and boasts an overall portfolio occupancy rate consistently above 98% leased, well above the national industry average.  We are both aggressive and active in retaining our tenants.   Our retail line-up is impressive and includes some of the best tenant names in the shopping center industry.

We have a documented maintenance program with rigorous standards.  The system is automated, flagging a property manager to remind them of an inspection that needs to occur or maintenance items that need to be addressed.  The results show in our tenant surveys that regularly give our asset managers high marks.  We have regional support teams in place to deliver quick response and timely resolution.
